Handmade Variation

Our products are handmade by artisans. Slight variations in size, shape, finish, color, or texture are normal and are not considered defects.

Invoicing (Facturación)

If you need an invoice:

• Request it within 3 business days of purchase.
  
• Email angeles@rachelhorn.com with: order number, Constancia de situación fiscal, payment method, CFDI use, email address, and phone number.
  
• Invoices can only be issued within the same month payment was made.
