Shipping Coverage
Shipping applies only to deliveries within the Republic of Mexico.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are paid by the customer and will be shown at checkout (or communicated if arranged manually).
Order Shipment and Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Transit time depends on the carrier.
If your package is returned to us because the address provided at checkout was incorrect, we will contact you to request a new address and payment of additional shipping costs before reshipping.
Damage Claims and Carrier Responsibility
Rachel Horn Home is not responsible for shipping delays, or for damage, loss, or theft during transit. The carrier is responsible. Upon request, we will provide the carrier’s contact information.
Upon delivery, you must verify:
- The number of boxes received
- The condition of the packaging
Any damage or incident must be reported to the carrier. If damage is discovered after delivery, keep the original packaging and contact the carrier within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and damaged item. Do not discard packaging until the claim is resolved.
Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds
Rachel Horn Home does not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds once the purchase has been completed and payment has been made.
