These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through the Rachel Horn Home website (“Site”). By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms.
1) Company Information
Rachel Horn Home (“we,” “us,” “our”).

2) Eligibility and Account Information
You agree that all information you provide during checkout (including your name, address, phone number, and email) is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.
3) Products and Handmade Variation
Our products are handmade by artisans. Slight variations in size, shape, finish, color, or texture are normal and are not considered defects.
4) Pricing
Prices listed on the Site are exclusive to the website and may change without prior notice.
Prices are shown in USD and include applicable tax.
5) Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, or cancel orders at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, errors, or inventory issues. If we cancel an order after payment is processed, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items.
6) Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit or debit cards.

7) Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs are paid by the customer and apply only to deliveries within the Republic of Mexico.
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships. Transit time depends on the carrier.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we will contact you to request a new address and payment of additional shipping costs before reshipping.
8) Damage, Loss, Theft, and Carrier Claims
Rachel Horn Home is not responsible for shipping delays, or for damage, loss, or theft during transit. The carrier is responsible. Upon request, we will provide the carrier’s contact information.
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the number of boxes received and the condition of the packaging upon delivery. Any damage or incident must be reported to the carrier.
If damage is discovered after delivery, you must keep the original packaging and contact the carrier within 48 hours, including photos of the packaging and the damaged item. Do not discard packaging until the claim is resolved.
9) No Cancellations, Returns, or Refunds
Rachel Horn Home does not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds once the purchase has been completed and payment has been made.
10) Invoicing (Facturación)
If you require an invoice, request it within 3 business days of purchase. After this period, we cannot issue it.

Invoices can only be issued within the same month in which payment was made.
11) Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (including images, product names, logos, designs, and text) is owned by or licensed to Rachel Horn Home and may not be used without written permission.
12) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rachel Horn Home will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or purchase/use of products.
13) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
